1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the wildbets website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating a wildbets account or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of wildbets, you must create a single, personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete. wildbets reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) active wildbets account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

wildbets is required to verify the identity of all players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wildbets login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. wildbets will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify wildbets immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wildbets Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any wildbets game or system.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the wildbets Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wildbets staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wildbets accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the wildbets cashier section and may vary by payment method. wildbets reserves the right to modify minimum transaction thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and may be subject to review for compliance with these Terms and applicable AML regulations. wildbets aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) business day for e-wallet methods and within three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on wildbets are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). wildbets is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

wildbets offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit requirements, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your wildbets account in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• wildbets reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• wildbets reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings.

7. Games & Fairness

7.1 Game Availability

wildbets offers a curated library of online casino games including live dealer tables, slot machines, crash games, bingo, and table game variants such as Double Exposure Blackjack. Game availability may vary by jurisdiction and may be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Random Number Generators

All non-live casino games on the wildbets Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by previous results, player behavior, or any external factor.

7.3 Live Casino

7.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, wildbets reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. wildbets's decision in such matters is final.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the wildbets Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of wildbets or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wildbets Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the wildbets Platform without the prior written consent of wildbets.

The wildbets name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are trademarks of wildbets. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use any wildbets trademark without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

wildbets collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the wildbets Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

wildbets implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and wildbets cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

wildbets will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform services, or as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wildbets, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the wildbets Platform.

wildbets does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall wildbets's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wildbets account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination & Suspension

11.1 Termination by wildbets

wildbets reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if wildbets reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, wildbets may forfeit any remaining balance in your account.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your wildbets account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the wildbets responsible gaming tools. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. wildbets will make reasonable efforts to ensure that self-excluded players do not receive marketing communications during the exclusion period.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and wildbets, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

wildbets operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
